If you have not yet registered on the FirstEnergy Customer Service Web site and you want to pay your electric bill using your Visa card:
1. Complete our registration (you will need a copy of your current bill).
2. From your newly created My Account page, select the More Payment Options button.
3. Choose to make either a one-time payment using your Visa card (charges apply) or sign up for our no-fee Automatic Credit Card Payment Program (which includes enrolling in our paperless billing option). |
