Ohio and Pennsylvania
A new electric account can be established by
- Providing positive identification
- Satisfying previous debt for utility service
- Paying a security deposit or residential applicants can provide a guarantor
Ohio applicants: If you had a prior account for the same class of service within two years of the date of application, we will use your past payment history to determine whether a security deposit or guarantor will be required for your new account.
New Jersey
A new electric account can be established by
- Providing positive identification
- Satisfying previous debt for utility service
- Paying a security deposit
New York
A new electric account can by established by
- Providing positive identification
- Satisfying previous debt for utility service
By requesting service, you acknowledge that the utility company has the right to check your credit history to determine whether a security deposit will be required. You also might be asked to provide proof of ownership or occupancy.
